You’ve faced trauma, chaos, and burnout. You carry the weight of your city, your family, and your team.
Apogee Responders is a foundational mentorship system built for first responders, by a first responder, designed to rebuild the leader behind the uniform.
Below is the full breakdown of everything you get when you join.
Every week, you get a live Zoom coaching call with David Smith + the coaching team. These sessions dive into the month’s mission, leadership frameworks, emotional mastery, physical readiness, and tactical tools designed for police, fire, EMS, and dispatch.
You’re not guessing what to do.
You’re coached step-by-step through every transformation.
Top-tier leaders, warriors, entrepreneurs, therapists, coaches, and operators join you live to teach:
Emotional survival
Identity work
Physical readiness
Leadership under pressure
Family systems and legacy building
Wealth creation
Stress physiology
Mindset and resilience
These are the mentors you wish your agency paid to bring in—now they’re coaching you.
A private online community exclusively for first responders walking the same path.
You get:
The Community Wall
Support from peers
Accountability partners
Daily wins and reflections
Challenge submissions
A tribe that understands the weight of the job
You’re no longer fighting alone.
Every month has a mission—an “Operation” designed to radically transform a different arena of your life.
Examples include:
Operation Clear & Present Dangerous (clarity, time, mission)
Operation Alter Ego (identity transformation)
Operation Superhero (physical capability)
Operation Relentless Pursuit (spousal relationship)
Operation Financial Legacy (wealth & future)
Operation Turn Off the Noise (attention mastery)
Operation Every Damn Day (discipline systems)
Operation Fail Forward (leadership through adversity)
These modules come with primary monthly readings, recommended readings, videos, frameworks, and step-by-step execution. Real structure. Real accountability. Real growth.
Each Operation includes 5 mandatory challenges that force action, growth, and identity change.
Over the year, you will complete:
Time audits
Identity-building exercises
Combat-readiness training
Breathwork mastery
Legacy and family leadership
Wealth literacy tasks
Fasting and physical capacity tests
Self-audits, journaling, and leadership protocols
Mental toughness conditioning
Daily discipline streaks
“Fail Forward” missions in real life and on shift
This is transformational pressure applied consistently—the only way warriors grow.
Your entire journey is tracked in the Apogee App:
Daily habit tracking
Essential 10 disciplines
Challenge completion tracking
Points, belt ranks, and leaderboards - Your habits and challenges are tracked in the Apogee App, if you are willing to do the work. This tracking gives you points and you have access to leaderboards to see how you are measuring up to your fellow Apogee Responders. Your points are tallied in a belt ranking structure, just like Martial Arts. Pay attention, because your belt rank promotion to purple belt brings you to Apogee Mastery content, calls, and community.
Exclusive access to the Spark, the game changing critical thinking tool
The app keeps you accountable every single day, not just during calls.

Are you a First Responder feeling angry, exhausted, and like your life is falling apart?
I have read and agree to the terms and conditions fully and I also understand that due to the nature of this product and training that this purchase is non-refundable.
Progress towards Purple Belt should take you over a year, depending on your initiative on doing the work and tracking it. With graduation to Purple Belt, you receive access to Apogee Mastery, a new pathway for Apogee program members. Men and women continue their Apogee journey separately in Mastery and gain access to an entire knew 12 Operations of challenges. A new weekly call is also available for Mastery members hosted by Coach Kevin Voisin with the Men and Coach Whitney Voisin for the Women. Apogee Mastery is not exclusive to First Responders.
You will maintain access to your Apogee Responders Foundational journey to include joining in on weekly calls, mentor calls, the community, and completing challenges.
