Ready to reclaim control over your life? This month, you’ll dive deep into the art of managing your time, setting priorities, and creating a laser-focused mission. You’ll learn to stop being busy and start being productive, taking charge of your schedule and your purpose in a way that sets you up for lasting success.

February: Operation Alter Ego

This month, you’ll step into a new identity—one that leads with power, precision, and purpose. You’ll design and embrace core identities that will serve you through every situation, both on and off duty. This isn’t just about personal development; it's about creating the leader you were always meant to be and showing up as your most authentic self.

March: Operation Now O’Clock

Time to sharpen your focus. This month will teach you how to control your mind and be present in every moment. Whether you’re on a call or at home with your family, you’ll develop the skills to tune out distractions, respond intentionally, and stay in control of your thoughts and actions. Mastering the present is your key to long-term success.

April: Operation Superhero

You’ve always worn the uniform, but this month, you’ll build the body that supports the role. Whether you’re pushing your physical limits or optimizing your wellness, you’ll learn how to transform your physical health to meet the demands of the job and life. You’ll develop strength, endurance, and resilience that makes you not just fit, but capable of facing anything head-on.

May: Operation Anti-Fragile

In a world that constantly challenges you, this month is about turning stress into fuel for growth. You’ll learn to thrive under pressure, using hardship to build mental toughness and emotional resilience. You won’t just survive the challenges of the job—you’ll become stronger because of them.

June: Operation Lead. On Purpose

True leadership starts with self-leadership. This month, you’ll sharpen your ability to lead others by first leading yourself. You’ll define your values, build trust, and embrace the responsibility of leadership—both in the field and in your personal life. It's time to step up and live with purpose, inspiring those around you to do the same.

July: Operation Power to Purpose

This month is about finding your "why" and tapping into the power that comes from living a life of purpose. You’ll dig deep into what drives you, confront your biggest obstacles, and rise with a new sense of clarity and determination. When you align your actions with your deeper purpose, nothing can stand in your way.

August: Operation Relentless Pursuit

This month is about fighting for your spouse with the same intensity and discipline you bring to the job. It’s a call to stop coasting, to stop treating your relationship like a box you checked years ago. This month, you’ll relearn how to pursue your spouse—through presence, communication, and intentional action. Because when the badge comes off and the chaos fades, the love you’ve built is what remains—and it’s worth every ounce of effort.

September: Operation Financial Legacy

The legacy you build goes beyond the badge. This month, you'll focus on creating financial freedom and stability for you and your family. You’ll explore strategies for budgeting, investing, and securing your future, ensuring that your financial legacy matches your hard work and commitment.

October: Operation Turn Off the News

Distraction is the enemy of focus. This month, you’ll take control of your attention and reclaim your peace. By reducing external noise, you’ll sharpen your focus, cultivate inner peace, and make room for the things that truly matter—whether it's your health, your family, or your mission.

November: Operation Every Damn Day

Excellence is built on consistency. This month, you'll master the art of showing up every single day—no matter how tough it gets. You’ll learn how to create daily habits that reinforce your values and help you become the kind of person who leads by example—quietly, consistently, relentlessly.

December: Operation Fail Forward

Success isn’t linear, and failure is part of the journey. This month, you’ll shift your mindset about failure and use it as a powerful tool for growth. You’ll embrace setbacks as opportunities, push your limits, and learn to fail forward in a way that strengthens your resolve and moves you closer to your goals.
